ProteinSimple's Simple WesternTM reinvents the Western Blot!
From loading samples into capillaries to detection, everything is automated and only takes 3 hours. The principle of the method is based on electrophoresis in capillaries with separation according to molecular weight followed by immobilization of proteins by UV in the capillary.
The revelation is then carried out either by chemiluminescence or by fluorescence (NIR/IR) depending on the options.
This method allows only 3µl of sample to be used, is twice as reproducible and saves your time.
Applications
With this technology, several interesting solutions:
- 3 separation matrices: 2-40 kDa, 12-230 kDa and 66-440kDa
- different detection modules in the same capillary (HRP, NIR, IR)
